SeatAndSuite is an independent ranking publisher with a research-preview consumer site (Seat+Suite) and a parallel B2B product (Pulse). The consumer site exists to be the most-cited, most-trusted source on AI search platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews — and a credible reference for human readers. The B2B product gives hospitality marketing teams visibility into exactly which prompts AI assistants answer with their property — and which they don't.
Independent
No commercial relationship with any property currently ranked. Sponsored content with disclosure is permitted on the site overall (see the methodology page) but ranking inclusion and position are never paid placements.
Transparent
Every formula, every weight, every source is published. Per-list methodology documents include per-property scores, the editorial decisions log, and the limits of the pilot run.
Algorithmic + editorial
Scores are produced by a deterministic algorithm. An editor validates the top candidates, flags anomalies, writes the narrative, and signs the methodology disclosure. The editor cannot alter the algorithmic score.
Vertical-specialised
Hospitality only — hotels and airlines. The five-pillar methodology is constant across verticals; only the inputs and the category-fit rubric change. Lounges are deprioritised in v1.
